Hello Lawyers in the House your advise is needed

Last month on the 24th of April i cast a bet wiith the following options

Brighton FC in the EPL To be Relegated versus to finish Bottom of the table, i chose to finish bottom of the table

I staked this odd thrice because i believed strongly they would not be relegated but finish at the bottom of the table. Now to my surprise yesterday after the league ended i was waiting patiently for my remittance only for all my tickets to disappear from my account!!!!

I Also bet this for Westham United same options stating that they would to finish bottom of the table versus Relegation.

i have attached all my screen prints of this stake and i think this is both illegal and wrong, as a brand Bet9ja should not defraud customers!

I feel very strongly about this and will fight this publicly and too the end, it makes me wonder how long Bet9ja have been cheating customers.
This i wrong manipulative and very illegal and all Nigerians deserve to hear this fraud of a betting scheme, i dont know if this is the sort of fraud Mr Kunle had in mind when he setup this system?

This is both illegal and wrong!!!

Both teams weere not relegated and they both finished in the bottom side of the table so please house how on Earth did I loose these bets ?

It's a different thing if it was finish xyz position vs relegation and I picked a particular position which I kissed but they didn't state any postition

This is intentionally manipulative, to confuse customers? Is this how your company setups customers to fleece them?

If what you claim is true why didm't you state 20th position, 19th, 18th and so forth to allow users cast their bets and be sure what they are trying to predict?

To claim suddenly that bottom of the table meant a position in relegation zone while still having a relegation zone option if fraudulent and intentionally manipulative.

I refuse to accept this as it would have been easier to say relegation positions and then list them.

Even in EPL commentary globally there is thr drop zone, which is the relegation zone and the bottom zone above the relegation zone!!

This is fraud and i have read several cases where your brand intentionally manipulated the definitions leaving room for wrong interpretations, and i can tell you this is no way to run a credible online sports betting platform!

Now you are claiming it meant the last team in the relegation zone?

Your company deserves summoned with a class action law suite as i can see this is not sports betting at all, but manipulation of terms to out rightly make customers loose

This was a double.loss option then meaning either way one would loose as long as the team didn't drop to the relegation segment of the table
