Please o who has succeeded in getting the M5 screen, my phone have been in gionee service center for over a month now, no feedback from them.

Go and collect it o. My screen had problem then, I took it to their customer care in Abuja, Bannex. I was still under warranty. My screen was changed instantly there and then. The other boys in the shop wanted to collect money from me. I shouted and maintain my ground that I bought the phone there(at Bannex) and moreover, the phone didn't fall out of my fall. So, I didn't pay them kobo and the main engineer guy say I should go

Hello somebody help.... My Gionee m5 all of a sudden, The charging light came on... If I off my phone the light will still be on.... The Light off and all of a sudden, my torchlight light came on, it's just dim, it's visible, my torchlight can't even on. Camera flash can't on. If I off the phone the light won't off... It's draining my battery rapidly and It's making my phone very very hot. Like very hot. Somebody please help me.

Try & reset d phone OR flash a ROM on d phone.

Thanks for replying me bro... If i reset it everything will be removed abi? Furthermore I allowed the phone battery to drain thinking it'll be fine but its not charging anymore... Since last night... What will I do
