All these makes no sense as long as the lives of first class passengers are not guaranteed in an air crash

which Ethiopian My silly experiences with them will not even make me consider flying a first class in their planes. Mass over quality sometimes wins in air business.
My dear, Ethiopian and Royal Air Maroc is a noo noo for me, no matter how cheap. If I have to fly economy , ita Turkish or Emirates. Their jets have got more leg space.

Remember to add that first class could be as high as $7000 when economy is $900 from yankee to naija

That will be 2.45million naira for 1 day of comfort on a plane i wont be taking home when i can just pay 350k and still raise my shoulder in my neighborhood say i just arrived.

Nonsense!
U don't know anything cheesy

The only reason I do it is cos I get more room and I don’t wanna deal with other passengers.

Now compare economy to first class... lol...

Good points. But, free food and drinks?

Did I board the plane free of charge? Come, be careful!

Anyway, I don't think there's anybody who wouldn't prefer a first class. "Na condition make kayray fish bend"
egg zakly

sometimes people take first class because thats the only option left, and they must follow that very plane comot based on logistics. no be say i go just carry book first class for food.

Beyond having the money to fly first class, there are so many perks associated with flying first class. While you're trying to get to sleep alongside a couple of strangers on many international flights, those at the front are lying on a bed in a private cabin. I highlights reasons to consider flying first class.

Less stress

If long lines for security checks and crowds of passengers waiting to board the flight annoy you, a first-class flight will be an enjoyable escape from the stress and inconvenience of air travel. The check-in is faster with priority screening at many airports and priority boarding at the gate.

You do not arrive at your destination exhausted

On a two hour flight this doesn’t make much of a difference, but if you travel halfway around the world you know exactly how it feels to arrive at your destination absolutely exhausted. Instead of being cramped into a small seat with very little leg room, you will have enough space to relax if you fly first class.

Free food and drinks

Many do not necessarily fly because of food. Regardless, it won't be a bad idea if you are served some nice, tasty meal while flying. So, it’s a pleasurable change to sit in first class and be free to order whatever you want.

Opportunity to work

It depends on your reasons for traveling but having the opportunity to work comfortably can be very valuable for certain travelers. With plenty of space, power outlets, and often free wifi, getting some work done or even planning a meeting while on a flight all of a sudden becomes very easy.

Networking opportunities

For business travelers, a flight can turn into a great opportunity to develop their business network. As a first class or business class passenger, you will often find yourself surrounded by successful business people and can end up having some very interesting conversations.

It’s uncomparable. First class would always be first. Eventhough the price diff can cause plenty heart ache but when you are buoyant and can afford. Then your on point for the first service...

The disparity is always too much and makes no economic sense ever..I have flown Business class once and I still regret it till date , I will never do that again except it's being paid for by an organization or every single person in my family is doing extremely well .. in just 6 hour all that money is gone and when you guys step off the plane nobody gives a Bleep sef

Flying first class is awesome with the exception of that feeling when the plane lands that you just got robbed.

The same feeling you get at 12noon the next day after lodging in an expensive hotel.

No matter how nice they make it, I will never be comfortable at 30,000 feet above ground level travelling at 500 miles/hr.

Can you imagine if they have these options:
Lagos - Abuja.
First class: N60k
Economy: N32k
Attachment: N18k
Standing: N5k

Yep. I already know what some of you cheap bast.ards are thinking.

expect that “experience” soon. Don’t get me wrong, they are trying. I commend the management of the airline and leading in Africa but they need better customer experience.
