Trash. The more transparent and less colourful your urine is, the better. Yellowish urine is caused by excess ammonium acid that is toxic to the kidney. Hence the more colourless, the better...

I've never in my life seen or heard of a blue or green coloured urine. And all these colours of urine, are they for real?

If you pee on the ground it is normal for the urine to be foamy and also if someone pee on the toilet and it hasn't been flushed then another uses it, it will be foamy so not all foamy urine means that such person has kidney problem

And it is IMPOSSIBLE for a human being to drink an excessive amount of water.

A famous long distance runner died from drinking excessive amount of water. Her sweating and loosing salts and then drinking water further loosing the salt in the body lead to her drowning in the water she was drinking... now they add salt, hydrolysis something in water for athletes.

About that 1st point, i dont think anybody should ever 'cut down' on water. It does no harm at all. No overdose. Always take as much as you can...
