Maybe i will give it a try doing everything myself, if that will save me about 50-100k from the look of things, I can add that to my grooving money when I arrive

Yeah, UAE is already hot & this will run till sept/Oct, meanwhile I strongly recommend you do it yourself, 14 days visa is around $150 USD or little above, then go to wakanow/travestart to buy cheap (promo) ticket or directly from the airline, use booking.com to reserve a hotel. Try to use airline that lands in either terminal 1 or 3, cos these are the terminals that has access to metro station, then you buy a metro card there, I think 19aed can't remember the exact amount & it's come with balance. With that you will use metro to continue your journey (very cheap).

P.S__ book a hotel closer to metro station it will save your a lot of cash/stress.

First of all, always book a stay with complimentary breakfast..

Secondly, even if you are going to book yourself, do use 17-20k hotels, but whatever your preference is sha. If you aren't someone who likes a good hotel, then book yourself (good hotels are a must for me)

Since you aren't into shopping, your budget is aiight. You are good to go. But limit the number of people you tell you are travelling to because they won't understand that Dubai is expensive, they would just be demanding.
I did that this time, and I enjoyed taking care of me (but still got things for a few people)

I like my hotels good dear, don't mind me with naira conversions, it's what I am used to and can readily relate with my pocket.

I will definitely go for the 17-20k hotels, lastly if you are an agent and have an offer lower or matching the ones I already got I can patronise you.

Thanks Alot bros, I might use the same hotel op used and I also saw some nice hotels 1-2km away from metro, so I will definitely take your advise, but will use cab from the airport so I won't stress much upon arrival especially as I'm new. dont do Rwanda- layover in Congo - plus i heard Ebola is in congo atm, Why not Kenya instead? I got a 24hour Layover in Kenya to/fro and i already booked a 24 hour tour plus nightlife before my next day flight

The issue is I can't invest to window shopping. You have options between the first agent and DIY; if I take you as a client, i'd need commitment from you because I have 4 cities I'm currently working on. If you are unsatisfied with your options, then i could be of help.
