Everything in Naija always attract useless deadlines. Are the certificates about to explode? They are experts in delaying certificates and transcripts...and now they are breathing fire. Many who had left such schools had realised how useless such certificates are, no wonder they are now harassing them to come and collect.

It was N50,000 before, they reduced the price cos people aren't collecting it.
