The lawmaker representing Edu, patigi and Moro Federal constituency at the National Assembly Hon aliyu Ahman-pategi inspected the ongoing patigi Gbugbu road construction.

Speaking at road construction site Ahman-pategi expressed satisfaction wit the level of work done.

The lawmaker said the road when completed will boost socio-economic activities particularly farming and reduce criminal activities in the area.

He added that one Billion Naira has been added to the 2018 appropriation bill in continuation of share patigi road project.

He commended the Senate president doctor Bukola saraki for his intervention on the road project.

At time of the visit the site supervisor said that application of Bitument will commence in the next three days.

It would be recalled that the road construction commenced in January this year following interventions from major stakeholders.
