seized office of the party located off Imo University Junction, Okigwe Road, Owerri, by the police,

After a minor fire that torched an office of the headquarters, allegedly installing the Owerri zonal chairman of the party, Chris Oguoma, as the acting State Chairman of the party in the state.

In the event said to have been attended by Okorocha's son-in-law, Uche Nwosu, deputy Speaker of the state House of Assembly, Ugonna Ozuruigbo,

Majority Leader of the state assembly, Lugard Osuji, among some state government officials, they allegedly claimed that the State chairman, Hilary Eke, his deputy, Ugochukwu Nzekwe,

The Organizing Secretary, Clement Anozie, and the Publicity Secretary, Nwabueze Oguchienti, were suspended before they held their State Congress last Saturday.

That same Saturday, the group known as Coalition/Restoration believed to be politically fighting Okorocha,
