Please a close friend of mine needs an urgent estimation on how much it's going to cost to build a standard 3 bedroom bungalow in Oshogbo, Osun state. She already has the foundation of the building completed, she just want to know how much the building itself will cost her.

It will. He will deduct his cost of foundation because only he knows how much he spent and the type of foundation done.

I had to mention you outside your university giveaway thread
I actually just left school just this July and I had to travel somewhere to look for work for the main time before I will go back to processing school stuffs again

But bro things didn't go as planned cuase rain has been disturbing construction works here (I started menial jobs )

Even trying to acquire online work has been futile because I had to sell my laptop to sort school stuffs out and my main phone is bad
