Go to the portal after logging in , you will see a menu bar at the top right with application..
Then you click on the complete registration and continue

The registration is a step by step procedure.
Theres definite a place to upload documents

Please what trick did you use cos I have a passport that is less than 100kb abd and more than 50kb but not still submitting.

Is there any referee form to print out? How many page is the printout slip?

Mine is showing me access denied if i click on complete application. is there anyone experiencing same,?

Just give it a few time, u will get a mail shortly to proceed ur application.

Please guys I've filled this page correctly and added my photo. But I don't know what to do next. I didn't see any page worth printing out details. When I tried clicking on complete application, but it showed access denied, "login to continue application" what do I do please ?

After the first stage, a message will display at the top of the page saying a mail has been sent to u. Check ur email to get ur login details. Go back to the portal and click on applicant login. Once u input ur parameters it will show u a new registration form, to ur top right corner click on application then click on my application there u can complete ur application

There is nothing like applicant log in on the portal....searched endlessly, nothing like it

Open the pic with paint and use pixel to resize the pic to 350 the down one ll chnge automatically then save it with jpg. Now right click and check propaties if the pic is within 50-100kb u are good to go just upload it. Best of luck

Ive done the first stage and submitted, received mail in my box and used the info to register again.
my challenge is that I'm ask to re-apply for the first stage again.

mails are only sent to gmails and not yahoo mail.
I had to create a new mail

r u sure because I also use yahoo stil waiting for der mail tho

Folks just follow the guideline above...and you'll get it done.

Do not use �. Use a laptop, or go to cyber. I tried using my phone initially and encountered this same problem. I had to connect to my laptop and did it successfully. Just the normal traffic congestion. It is smooth

There is nothing you can do about it cos the personal information you gave has been saved on their site.

After i have logged in with my email and password sent to my mail..I still get the same form to submit which I already did to get the password, even after clicking the application at the top right corner

I was able to apply successfully... What's is now remaining is is to print.
So to any one using Chrome browser after all the registration and completion of it date... Click on PRINT OUT. The page with all ur information will come out... Just tap on the 3 dots (... Vertical) on ur Chrome den download go and any cyber print.

I am having issues with the referees.....I added one ,the other refused to add. Can't even allow fill the email completely

Keep trying it will upload.
Mind u, ur not gona see the passport but down u wil see d name of ur passport or whatever u saved it with.

When u wil see d passport is when ur through with all ur regulations.

Refresh ur mail u will get ur USERNAME which is ur email the ur PASSWORD that is like a code.

That is what u will use to log in
