The school should be held responsible for providing inadequate security to the hostel. The perpetrators are either staffs of the school or they were helped by staffs of the school and some students of the school, just imagine. how were they able to differentiate the virgin from the non virgin girls so fast and rape them??

This useless Kayode Ogundamisi was among those who brought this calamity upon Nigerians.
