Please can any one help me with the native name of this type of meat usually sold in Abuja.

.Sold by all these mallam that normally do kilishi or suya.i call it meat flakes and it sold in a transparent take-away plate.Sold at the airport too.

In Hausa language, we call it DAMBU. it's made from beef, mutton,cevron or chicken .
chicken is called kaza, so DAMBU KAZA
beef is called nama, so DAMBU NAMA etc
