If you are buying a Used car,make Sure you are paying directly to the Name on the Paper or even if its a Dealer make sure u see the Change of ownership done btw the Previous owner and the dealer den try to call the owner of the car for Verification that's why we have the details of previous owner in d Allocation of Plate numbers. I think This Can help Partialy.... |
