Is it possible for a Nigerian schooling in Germany to save up to like 10 million naira while doing menial jobs like dish washing, cleaning, factory works within a space of 2years etc.

You can't save anything tangible cause you are mixing work and studies. The work you do here as a student are just part time jobs. Also note that you must have about 8000€ each time you want to renew your visa.
