Yeah. You're right. My point is that she's a teen, and so has arguably less tolerance for alcohol than someone older.

That makes sense. As a teen she should not have been drinking at all in the first place, much less drinking so much that she engages in this foolishness.
Also a teen like her should not have been walking alone on the road at 4 am!
