I think frm the little knowledge, the banks can actually do so KYC Know ur customer initiative, what he or she does for a living, where he/she is transferring monies to, for what purpose, source of the money received, in and out etc.... this to me is a good initiative.

On the other hand, Magu is trying to protect the banks, giving them some sort of heads-up. And I think he should be commended here because doing otherwise might end up in a clampdown on some banks or bankers, and that would really scare some investors and hurt the economy.

This man is efficiently ineffective. Did we build billions of dollar EFCC building for them to be depending of banks? We spent that money so that they can be minning their data from the edifice. Otherwise, we should have spent that money rebuilding our economy. Gerrrarout here maaan!
