don't cook wat ur man loves but wat is good for him. imagine giving him pounded yam 5 times in a week with egusi.or efo riro .wen he returns by 8pm he will commend u but u are killing him silently.introduce him to oats fufu or unripe plantain fufu. make a healthy timetable for ur family and restrict wat he eats at parties so u can be young and healthy for ur children. too many people are marrying late,u need to take care of yourselves by eating healthy.God will give u understanding in Jesus name amen

I like this... Healthy diet is the best. Eat what is good for your body not what to satisfy your appetite.

It's all about balance!
You can't totally restrict a man from what he loves to eat...men are always happy when they get to eat their favourite foods and you can't just take that all away

i agree with u, its just that the wife is not there wen her husband is being visited by the abacha lady or secretary is rice and cow tail everyday for her husband.
