I am not understanding, this SARS are now real armed robbers.

SARS officers are more dangerous than armed robbers. They are bunch of liars, almagam of societal ills. They are uncouth and ill mannered. They are just armed robbers justifying their illegal activities because they are empowered by law. They are unnecessary evil.
