I got an idea for a website a year ago so I got a web designer to help me design the website because I actually don't know how to. The website was officially launch 5month ago and have been navigating my way to make it a success. Lately the website have gotten a lot of recognition and good reviews but I can't handle it on my own anymore. Though have not monetize the website because I want to build a very strong traffic in Africa before I start thinking about the income.
The website has a blog, forum and a portfolio for users and it was design to serve not just Nigeria but Africa.

I want to open an office where day to day activities would be run to achieve the projected success of the website, monitoring and content development.

Who do I employ and what are the roles they would play??

Yes that is how it works, no experienced guy will help you for free like that. Beside you embarking on an IT intensive company so you need IT gurus like me which will save you lots of expenses and time.

Since its a website with blog, forum and portfolio sections, you definitely need an in house Web developer for constant updates, modifications and maintenance of the website, you need forum moderator and of course content writers for the blog section while you run the business as the CEO/ Manager..
