We are currently seeking for the position of HR Personnel who will be assisting in general HR functions of a membership based organization with international recognition.

Job Summary

The Job Holder will have overall responsibility to assist in performing HR generalist functions and any other administrative support functions delegated to him or her.
Reporting To: Head, Human Resources.
Qualification: B.Sc in Human Resource Management, Sociology, Psychology, Organization Behavior or related Social Science courses.
Experience: 2 to 3 years cognate experience only. In-depth knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of the job.

Competencies:

Effective use of Microsoft office: Ms word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Impressive knowledge of HR functions such as leave management, employees relation, time management, recruitment and selection, learning and development, processing of training reimbursement with ITF, Employees Compensation Act requirements etc.
Person's Specification

Willingness to learn, Honest, Intelligent, Good inter-personal relationship, emotionally stable, logical reasoning ability and conceptual skills.
Gender: Male or female.
A very young graduate is preferred.
