A clean title 2012 accord is above 7k usd.
Calculate that with shipping of over 1m duty.
You dont know how long this car has been used here
You dont know how much it was purchased or how clean it is.
You've not pulled a vin report on it.
You don't know rhe Odo mileage.
Until you know all this, you should not decide the price for the seller..
Not all cars are same.

All 2014 naija used accord for 3.3m (as u say) are scraps.
With serious previous accidents.
If you pay up to 1.6M for duty of 2014 accord.
Use over 450k to ship it.
How much is the car itself
That it will depreciate so fast to sell for 3.3M after using it for a year or more.
Decent salvage wont sell for that unless severe crashed ones
