Hospital might be a good idea. I don't think you should be doing Ori plus salt for a 3 week old. For the blocked nostrils, you can put a few drops of eucalyptus oil in hot water and do steam inhalation. Or buy saline drops, drop a few drops in her nose to unblock then suck it out to make her night easier.

Milani is very oily. If you have oily skin don't use it. I mistakenly bought 2 bottles of it and had to give my MUA cousin. Find a matte foundation. I use Milani powder but the foundation is bad for my skin. For primer I use ponds oil control.

Flora EC I don't know much about dry skin oh, avoid matte products sha. Moisturize regularly (morning and night)

Queensk get silverbird, put a few drops on a bib and place near her head. Rub ori on the bridge of her nose. Stop ori and salt please, she's too young for that

Since it just started last night, the drugs will work faster. I think she is quite young for the palm oil/sugar, ginger/honey cough remedy.

We did steam bath with silverbird, I can suck out the catarrh now. About the cough,mum and elder sis said it still mild for me to rush her to hospital,I should give her Vit C for now. If by tomorrow it gets worse I can then take her to hospital.

Thanks for your responses. I came to give update to be sure I'm on the right track.

I have been applying olive oil and coconut oil on my ds depending on which is beside me. It's easier to pour oil than apply penicillus the bandage. We also wet it with warm water while bathing as instructed.

Although those that did the circumcission said to leave the bandage till it falls itself, i asked the nurse on duty when I went for injection and she said we cud actually remove it if we want. [b]Myself n grandma don't have liver to remove it cos of fear of bleeding so we've left it. I hope this is fine. [/b]It was done on Thursday meaning its been there for about 72 hours.

His poop also increased n became watery after the circumcission. The nurse said it shud be the jawaclox ampicilin or maybe my drugs. Just to keep watching it.

A number of mamas made reference to giving vit C. We were not given vit c,which brand can I get from a pharmacy? The other drug he was given was Welco b complex.

Please take her to the hospital. Till your 6 weeks postpartum and he immunizations I strongly think all complaints should be made to your Dr and home remedies should be put on hold. She's too young imo
