Also for those having issue uploading their passport, please make sure you don't use a phone but a PC. Resize your passport to 50-100kb and let it be in jpg format. Please you guys should not try to resize a picture into a passport, you might not be lucky.

That is another war entirely . it is only going on phone and even on phone it might takes you several hours before you will do one successfully (In the midnight with chrome). But on PC,is not even going. I don't even apply for lower cadre applicants again because it is just a waste of time and they will think you don't what you are doing if you tell them what you encounter doing it. I only accept the higher cadre (MSC, BSC and HND) that one is going smoothly.


Modify: It seems the fire service site is going smoothly now, just open it and it went successfully but you can't upload passport unless you use phone

Thanks for this info bro. Pls did you receive a mail in your e-mail before proceeding? Cos after the preregistration I got a message that a mail was sent to my E-mail but I didn't see any mail to continue with the registration

In addition,also while doing another registration don't change your state of Origin as it cannot be corrected later.But you change Local Government after getting the login details.

As he said passport must be in .jpg format otherwise it will never upload.

Well,to me I have been using both PC and tab to resize pictures.

For PC you can use Microsoft Picture Manager or Paint to edit and resize your picture to jpg format >50kb.

To do that simply right click on the picture,open with Microsoft Picture Manager,then go to edit,resize then save as jpg.

For phone/tab you can use JPG Image Reducer which you can download from play store.There are websites that you can also resize your pictures online.You can google them.

FAILED PATH ERROR AND ACCESS DENIED
Those facing any of the above errors should know that they must go for a new registration, no way to proceed.

I think you are very correct, A friend was also able to do some reg for some lower cadre applicants too yesterday around same time. I need to redirected a lot of people to him...lol

Officer cadre do receive mail before proceeding. Junior Cadre don't receive mail before proceeding.

Road Safety
All applicants must receive mail before proceeding.
Check your spam/junk folders for the mail.If you didn't receive any mail.Create a new email.I normally prefer this format
E.g
If you are Oluwasegun Richard while creating another email choose something like or20182018@gmail.com or oricihard09090@gmail etc.
