We could recollect that Late 2017, the super eagles put smiles on a lot of Nigerian faces by qualifying for the FIFA World Cup 2018 in Russia, in amassing fashion. yanabasee: calm down... that was just a friendly, and from my own perspective, they purposely lost their last three friendlies so as to shift the attention of other teams away...that's what every wise team does, loss your friendlies to make your opponents feel you are less...punish them at the main competition, its a strategy , it's a way of winning your opponents psychologically before finishing the job at the grandest stage...but many Nigerian fans won't understand this, because the judge football based on sentiments, use Germany vs Austrias friendly as a case study, many people said Austria dealt with Germany, I said no, Germany played a mind game, on a day when something is at stake, do you think Austria can beat Germany?, on a day when something is at stake, do you think Nigeria will lose to Czech? I guess you now know it's all part of the mind games |
