2) purchase services only on a yearly basis instead of Bi/quaterly....meaning, renew your domains for a year minimum / multiple years. Purchase your hosting for a year / multiple years. Its even cheaper that way. Else, your bank will begin to use your account for sara, they will be deducting service charges everytime you make purchases.

3) for each service you buy, request for an invoice, instead of automatic deductions.

I maintain servers for some customers on Hostgator and no issues with them.

If you need help with hosting/payments on hostgator, I can purchase the servers for you for much cheaper costs. I have credit with them.
