your focus now should be how you can receive your Adsense pin first before payment. you can always hold payment until you are ready.

Yes, if it is dollar domiciliary account you opened. There are Pounds and Euro Dom accounts too. Atleast for gtbank Sha, that I know of.

i can't really say because most banks will ask you to open a dorm account which is best in this case
