Recently I had an ordeal with Nigerian police. During my travail i saw impunity, injustices, corruption , recklessness... This has got me wondering , [/b]can a true Christian, a true Muslim work in Nigeria police[b]

My car stopped me in the middle of a road near suleja round about, though there was a heavy traffic and mystopped car added to it. I came down from the car to check what could have happens, did my battery head remove, or something? ... immediately, I opened the engine room of the car,, a police man ridding on a bike came and stopped in my front. He drew his belt and that's it. I finally landed in police custody and spent the rest of the day in police cell.

At a time, I had yes as an answer to this tough question, but my ordeal in their hands has changed my views. In the police station I saw a lady that dressed like a true religionist. In short her appereal resembled that of 1980ies deeper life. But, she still learnt her voice to my tormentors.

Please what is your experiences in thier hands

Why not it's a profession. It's just that there are lot of corrupt officers amongst them. For example the Sars officials who go around harassing unarmed civilians.

Still does not change the fact that not all Police are bad, might not be more than the bad ones but there are good police officers.

Is there any profession in Nigeria that can boast of true Christians/Muslims? I doubt.
Every office in Nigeria is full of corrupt Christians/Muslims, collecting bribes, favoritism, tribalism etc.
What of those stealing public funds? They will tell you they are Christians/Muslims.
Nigerians are religious by words but their actions are contrary.
