Lmao the same guy that contacted me after I said on NL that people with small PayPal and Skrill should meet me for instant transaction. I didn't check his number online because I knew I would not send first. The same thing yes that his funds are from Fiverr, he said he wants to sell $5 per transaction and convert it to btc. Am like $5 is too small to buy, almost not worth the stress and PayPal anyhow wahala if the funds are bad. I don't want to say he is a scammer or one of them but he looks fishy.....
