He is the husband of the golden-haired goddess Sif , is the lover of the jötunn Járnsaxa , and is generally described as fierce eyed, red haired and red bearded man. It's not a gender neutral name. The name has only been associated with male deity, so saying a female can rise up and bear the same name is absurd. It's a name for a god not goddess, so I don't get how it's non-binary. Have you ever read a Norse mythology that lends credence to your postulations?
