2) A picture taken on the passenger's side can never be at that angle and I know this because I've taken hundreds from that particular vantage point. It wouldn't even take that angle if you try to rotate the picture using an editing app

Fortune Chukwudi did not pass MRI.. In 2009, MRI tests were not mandatory. There were random tests by FIFA. It only became mandatory in 2011.

It was easier for older players to slip through the cracks in 2009. Not so, now.

Because in 2009, it was not compulsory for all players to go through MRI hence MRI Test was done randomly. But in 2011, it's compulsory every player go through the MRI Test under the supervision of FIFA officials.
