Hey punters, I'm an online punter with Bet9ja. I staked #600 on a combination of 12 world cup matches stating that certain players wouldn't score up to a certain number of goals in their first group matches. Last match played on the 19th which was Poland vs Senegal. I was to win #300k+ only for bet9ja to refund me the #600 I played with. Want to use this opportunity to call on the Lagos State Lottery Board to look into this because I'm sure am not the only one who played this game. I have below some of the coupons I could gather.
