Apparently the Adamawa Emirate council had earlier warned young men against wearing overly full/ long hair. After a while, they took matters into their hands by shaving the hair of those who disobyed. A Yola-based Facebook user who posted the photos and videos and wrote: "War against in disciplines in Yola.
