· Kindly arrive at the venue 30 minutes before the scheduled time as lateness will not be tolerated.

· Come along with a printed copy of this invitation.

· The activities in this stage might last up to 2 hours; you are advised to come prepared.

· The dress code for the Assessment Centre is Formal. (Men are advised to be formally dressed in a Black/ Blue/ Grey coloured Suit with a tie to match. While Ladies are advised to be formally dressed in a Black/ Blue/ Gray coloured skirt suit)

· Please come along with your writing materials.





Successful candidates will receive a mail, advising them on the next stage. Kindly confirm your availability by acknowledging receipt of this mail.

This is quite sad. I wasn't following this thread before now but coming here to see this makes me sad. We really need to ask ourselves why we open job threads on Nairaland. Why is everyone now being redirected to WhatsApp.

Anyway I'll drop my 2 cents and unfollow this thread. The writing and analytical reasoning exercise is an interesting stage. For the analytical exercise , you'll be given a company's record to analyze. Their financial records, staff records or anything and you'll be asked to answer specific questions form the data presented to you. So you'll be generally expected to interpret the data and present your analysis/findings.

I'll advice you to be time cautious. They might say it's for 70 minutes but you'll be surprised how that time will fly past. So my advice is, note the questions and search for the specific answers so you don't go into a wild goose chase.

For the writing part, you'll be given specific workplace problems or country problems and told to write about them. For instance, diversity in the workplace and how it can be encouraged. You have about 30 minutes to achieve that. You have to be very factual and cogent.

Finally this WhatsApp route nauseates me I must confess. We know why these threads are opened in the first place. Especially serving as a source of information for future generations. This is the second time this recruitment is being held so it's important we have this information here so as to help others that'll need it. I don't know what you can discuss on WhatsApp that can't be discussed on Nairaland.

for the analytical aspect you will be given company records to analyse and give recommendations in your report... two essays 20 minutes each... in all you have 90 minutes for the whole test
