I noticed my birds were excreting blood yesterday and between yesterday and now, i lost 15birds already and the remaining are looking unhealthy and they lost weight.

What can i do?

i administered zero cox since yesterday and still yet no improvement

Also tk a sample of the bird for examination to vet in addition to others advice, my aunt had same issues with her layers, try to separate the sick birds tonight that's something you should have done earlier though.

Embazin forte would help

well, i would advise u give embazine forte with a light antibiotics and multivits

How old are the birds?

If Zero Cox or Embazin Forte are not working, it might be that the birds had develop resistant to these anticoc. If this is the case, why not try another active agent especially any anticoc that contains Totrazuril (Kepcox, Vazuril or Bio-Totrazuril), they usually come in liquid form, very effective to almost all Eimeria Species.

Another troubleshoot is to be very cautious of the type of the antibiotics you had used over time, from experience i found that most farmers that usually use human based antibiotics subject their animals to difficulties. Over time this antibiotics have harmful effect on their intestine, it makes them very fragile, as such any deleterious effect on them would cause eruption.

On fourth or 5th day of treatment , remove and replace the sawdust

i noticed they are aint stooling blood again but my cockerel havent added any weight yet, they are as light as a paper.

Cockerel have very weak resistance when it comes to coccidiosis, I lost about 43 to cocci last month, I didn't sweat much but it also affected a large number of my broilers too.
Prevention is key always, avoid overcrowding your birds, cocci thrives on that, wood shaving must never be wet, change promptly, always embark on prevention technique every 7 days or less...you don't want to see what cocci can do...
At this point, check their stooling for signs of Newcastle, I am pretty sure it might be around the corner, immune down from cocci, other opportunistic infections might creep in...Work them on anti biotic to get them back to normality and watch out fir Newcastle symptom and vaccinate against that if possible....

PS; never vaccinate a sick bird.

If bird sick and you dey give am feed tire..e go just be like when person dey pour water inside basket...I have 8 surviving cockerel from about 51 from cocci...1 still remains small with very tiny legs and thigh and is always having ruffled feathers..Antibiotics, anti cocci, lasota and all and its still the same..I just leave am like that..
