I was watching Liveleak and came across this video with the quote;

Cannibalism: Nigerians Speaking Igbo Cook Human Parts
A new video without date or location shows people speaking the Igbo language predominant in south eastern Nigeria, cooking human parts and saying that "who ever has not eaten human beings has not enjoyed the 'best meat.'"

A report in 2015 described cannibalism in Anambra state in the region:

"A hotel restaurant in Anambra, Nigeria has been shuttered by authorities for serving human flesh. According to the BBC, suspicious residents told police of rumors that the restaurant was cooking human meat for customers. Police then raided the restaurant, where they discovered fresh human heads that were still bleeding. The blood was in the process of being drained into a plastic bag."
