I got an email for a screening test at the international committee of the red cross for the position of an ICT Specialist.

Please I need assistance as to the nature of the test.

Their questions are always function specific. It has to do with what you applied for, interview follows immediately in most cases. Did you apply around March?

I did a test with them in 2017, it’s a computer based and role specific test. They’ll ask you series of questions relating to your area of function. If you pass you’ll be invited for an interview after a few days. I didthe test and interview but didn’t get the position. All the best!
