There are something that Buhari could have done. He could have declared Miyetti Allah a terrorist group. If he didn't want to do that, he could have declared the Herdsmen a terrorist group. If he didn't want to do that, he could have declared all armed Herdsmen as terrorist which separates the Herdsmen carrying sticks.

Buhari chose to do none of this and even went to America to tell trump that the Herdsmen are not armed, yet the body count is rising everyday.

The same Buhari had hardly returned from his medical leave when he made an announcement that IPOB/Biafran activists had crossed national "red lines", declared operation Python dance, deployed troops and rushed to declare IPOB a terrorist organisation in the courts. IPOB was unarmed and didn't touch anyone.

Nigerians on Social media have called for the arrest of Chairman, North Central zone of Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN) Danladi Ciroma, for claiming that the Sunday attack on Plateau State villagers was in retaliation to the death of their cows.

DAILY POST reports that the Chairman, North Central zone of Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN) Danladi Ciroma, on Monday claimed that the killing of 86 persons in Razat, Ruku, Nyarr, Kura and Gana-Ropp villages of Gashish District in Barkin Ladi Local Government Area l of Plateau State was in retaliation to the killing of over 300 cows in the last few weeks by the villagers.

He was quoted as saying “These attacks are retaliatory. As much as I don’t support the killing of human being, the truth must be told that those who carried out the attacks must be on a revenge mission.

“There have been recent reports of cow rustling and destruction of farms between Berom farmers and Fulani herdsmen. The people carrying out these criminal activities are well known to the communities but the communities are hiding them.”

Reacting to the statement, Nigerians on social media called for justice on Miyetti Allah for the killings.

They asked that Buhari should declare them terrorists, wondering why the killers of innocent Nigerians were still walking freely.

What do you think Buhari will gain from the killings going on in the country? The Vice President was in Plateau yesterday, IGP and Minister of Interior there today, the government has shown they are concerned and serious about this.

Nobody in government and I repeat it, nobody want crisis because it shows them in bad light, money they could have used to work or embezzled have to be spent on security. What do they gain? Only opposition have something to gain when there is crisis. I said the same thing when Northerners were accusing GEJ of not doing enough to provide security in the North East.
