The problem with you Nigerians is that you are only focus on the white man leagues and on your players who are based in the white man land.
You don't give a damn about your local league nor its teams nor its players

I am convinced that African teams can do something with their local players on the world stage.
When African teams used to take their local players to the world cup, we were getting closer and closer to win the trophy. See 1982, 1986, 1990.

Starting 1994 when African teams started to focus only on the abroad based players, we haven't made any further progress. We are still stuck on the quarter final that Cameroun reached in 1990 with a bunch of local players.
