Two famous scholars says and I quote, "Thousands has lived without love, but non can live without water" by W.H.Auden. Also " No water. No life. No Blue. No green", Slyvia Earle.

There are 101 reasons you should take water because it has been proven by aphorism that water is life. But in this ongoing tutorial, I will narrow my interest to a very specific and pressing case study. A case which needs to be discuss at this present moment.

Majority wish to know why they should do what am about to disclose in this tutorial, while others started and gave up half way because of lack of adequate information of it. But only 10% have been practicing this and it has been working for their favour. So, I am glad to welcome you to another wonderful and exciting adventure titled "why you should take a cup of water first thing in the morning . This article was inspired out of personal experience.

Before we tap from the fountain of this article, let's first discuss water in general

What is water?

Webster dictionary defined water as, "A colourless, transparent, odourless, liquid which forms the seas, lakes, rivers, and rain and is the basis of the fluids of living organisms."
While wikipedia discussed water as  a transparent, tasteless, odorless, and absolutely colorless chemical substance that is the main constituent of Earth's streams, lakes, and oceans, and the fluids of most living organisms. Its chemical formula is H2O, meaning that each of its molecules contains one oxygen and two hydrogen atoms that are connected by covalent bonds. Strictly speaking, water refers to the liquid state of a substance that prevails at standard ambient temperature and pressure; but it often refers also to its solid state (ice) or its gaseous state (steam or water vapor). It also occurs in nature as snow, glaciers, ice packs and icebergs, clouds, fog, dew, aquifers, and atmospheric humidity.

But our main discussion today is beyond the definition of water. We want to study the reasons you should take a glass, a sachet or cup of water each morning before starting your daily schedule.

Drinking water with empty stomach early in the morning has great benefits to the health, but majority or 80% of people dislike the idea. Human being generally tend to complicate things, but this simple method will go a long way improving their healths.

One of the simple ways, is to ensure that you take a glass or glasses of water every morning.I believe you will have a change of mindset about this topic when am done with you on this tutorial.

Not only does early morning water clear your stomach, it goes along way in reducing the risk of numbers of diseases and stabilized your fitness level. I will discuss that fully as we go on.

These are major reasons you should take a glasses of  water every morning
1. It purifies the colon:
A glass of water goes a long way to clean the colon and improves the stomach's chance of adding more nutrients. As the water cleans the stomach, it gives it chance to perform other important activities in the body, because a better and healthy digestive system takes good care of lots of things.

2. It grows the skin:
Early morning water is the secret behind fresh looking and growing skin. As water removes the toxins from the blood, the skin refreshes itself through proper nutrients. Constant early morning water flushes out wrinkles and old age appearance on the face and body in general. Not only does it refreshes the body, it goes a long way balancing the immune system.

3. It helps in creation of new blood cells
As we advance in age, some blood cells die and fade away, but early morning water helps to rejuvenate, fresh and renew blood cells and keep the body active. Also it helps in rapid blood flow and blood circulation.

Studies have shown that 75% of blood consist of a substance called plasma. (Plasma is a Substance that carried blood cells around your body to where they are needed.) Without enough water, your blood becomes thicker and thicker continuously.

4. It boost metabolism:
Early morning water works perfectly in metabolism level. The best procedure is this: make sure not to eat anything for a while after taking the morning water for effective function.

Also have this fact in mind: it has no side effect. About three to four glasses of water everyday can do a great work in your metabolism level. But if it seems too much to start with three or four glasses, you can start with one or two and increase it with time!
