As Lagos mourns after the fire incident, Onitsha would wake up to this scene.

Thursday evening's rain was so disastrous that if carried cars and their occupants.

This gory site was seen at the Onitsha-Asaba Expressway near Ogboefere Market Onitsha.

It was also alleged that the rain swept three bankers away at the Ochanja area.

Which way Nigeria?

Four UBA bankers and many others die in onitsha express way dew to flood from yesterday's rain in Anambra state.

It was indeed a tragedy yesterday evening in Onitsha Anambra state as they experience heavy rain fall and so many lives were lost.

According to witness they said that cars on the road were been carried into the gutter which were over flooded.

Another report of yesterday's Onitsha rain said about 35 people are missing! Oh! God have mercy!

What kind of road construction is that biko nu!? See how deep that gutter is...almost like a ravine, yet they didn't think it wise to build crash barriers on either side of it to help prevent speeding vehicles or even people from falling in!

This is why we need to give these jobs to competent and tested contractors, as well as paying for a proper job to be done! You pay peanuts....you get a monkey service!

It seems only Lagos has a timely Emergency Respond Unit. Why are those vechicle and debris still in that gutter? Someone should call the right office to get on the move!

Guys do your part while we wait for government to do theirs....stop dumping waste in gutters,drainages and stop building houses where it will obstruct the flow of water.
