Yes, we've all come across this silly excuse before.

Yet when a vehicle is parked anywhere literally any passerby has access to the VIN on the lower end of the driver's section of the windscreen.

It's sellers property? Ok.

You'd better take it and hide in some safety deposit box in a reinforced vault.
