He should have called FRSC or any emergency no. One of our responsibilities as citizens is to report crimes and incidents like this. What are my to do with this video now? Lament? Insult the leaders, shout ahhhhhh. ? Pls report things to authorities even if you think they won't answer or do anything, then have it on record that you reported. |

Omg! . What are they turning our Lagos into? This is purely barbaric. In a failed administration, such a crude act as this is inevitable. Human life has become worthless under this govt. They promised us functional refineries before they came into power, even begged Nigerians after they took office, that they should be allowed to remove subsidy and use the money to fix our refineries and we painstakingly accepted their pleas. Up till now, none of those refineries has fixed and they said subsidy was neva removed as they still pay. Had all the refineries been fixed, fuel tankers would have diverted their course to various petrol depos, instead of coming to Lagos. We've heard enough of this fake govt abeg. |

Rather been emotional about this, let us ask the right question. -Which federal or state agency is responsible for ensuring petrol tanker trucks are roadworthy and safe to be on the road? -Which company own this truck or the content? -Which company are they transporting the petrol for? |

ajl:There is a VIO department inside NNPC/PPMC depot. Their job is to inspect tankers before loading to make sure there are safe to ply public roads. Unfortunately all they care about is money and do little or no inspection. That's why it's not rare to see drivers load petrol with vehicles that have faulty brake system, leaking tanks, etc |
