I advice you diversify your business.
5m is big enough to start 2 solid businesses for you.
Two things you should consider are
* Your availability to overseeing the business if not then
* The manner of person to manage it/them.

I mentioned the above because bad management can destroy any business before it could even kick off.

My suggestions are
* Agriculture - animal husbandry eg poultry.
* Semi importation.
