It seems there's no longer a specific date unlike when it kicked off

Its still the same date: the last Sunday of every month, some days I forget, some days I postpone.

I don't think she eats too much
Complained same here when I had ds
She may even be suffering from colic
Just feed based on demand
Search for colic here and try the remedies

My son has been running high temperature for 2weeks now. I took him to Angelic care children s
Hospital in Abuja, full blood count test was done , it came out positive (1+) iinjections and drugs like lokmal, camoquine was given yet it persisted . His head is always hot. We did another test but this time blood culture and nothing was seen. We did another full blood count and It came out positive again (1+) drugs were given yet he's is still down with fever. He is very weak. Pls what do I do?. And any recommendation of another children's hospital in Abuja will be appreciated pls.

I gave her the piriton about two hours ago and she still awake o don't know what to do again though the cough has reduced. Thanks ma'am.

Thank you if it does not stop by tomorrow then we might have to use it.
Since no test is carried out on child, try the antibiotic.
Which brand of piriton syr are you using for the baby?
Onion in the socks, onion drink may help.
However, if the causes are viral the cough may run its full course. Just try to get the child well ventilated .please work with your doctor closely, the one that nebulized the baby.
It will also be nice to check what the baby eats,if on other foods apart from breast milk how the baby is also fed Good luck.

Lokmal and camoquine are for malaria.
All the tests are they done in same place?
Is the hospital a federal hospital,if not try one?
Equally try tracking or charting the temperature, with a thermometer.
Record the child's behavior during and off the fever.
An infant should not be left running temperature for a long time, also use para to bring down fever.

You see that pooing thing ehn, i suffered it. Is it that you have not been able to poo since childbirth?

In my case, i freely went to toilet a few days after childbirth and was able to do so a few times after that but like 3weeks after, i couldn't go. I would try and try. My mum got me a whole pawpaw and i took a bowl of golden morn cocopops. Then the urge came.

My sister i saw hell in the toilet. As in i was there for over 1hour. It was so hard and dry( sorry, tmi). But after the hard one, the rest came out easily. So my dear u gotta be brave o.
That was how it was but thank God am free now

Mamas abeg help my condition o since I gave birth, the only food I want to eat is milk and Milo tea with bread very thick. Even though i eat normal food, it will be very little I will still top it with the tea I dont have much appetite for food again like it was in pregnancy. I even wake up at night when my baby is awake and I must drink the hot tea. MIL said I will give my baby Jedi Jedi if I'm taking too much of the tea without food please how true is it? Should I be worried?

Secondly I've never bathe my baby MIL does the bathing always saying what is she here for if she can't bathe baby? I only assist her in dressing and giving her what she needs when bathing baby. Should I allow her continue bathing my baby won't it affect my bonding with my baby? Please helpppppp ooo embarassed

Everthing should be in moderation sis. Whatever you eat is passed to the baby via breastmilk

As per the second paragraph, MIL bathing your baby won't affect your bonding with baby. When you are properly healed from the surgery done, you can tell her you want to learn how to bathe baby while she supervise you. This is to prepare you for the time when she won't be available to assist.

Allow her for now, its her work/duty to bath baby while you assist with what baby will wear.

By the way, you are the one breastfeeding your baby and that's where the bond comes from and not from bathing.

For now, concentrate on your healing process. God bless you.

Is like your baby does not cry during her bath time. No bonding there.
Bonding come when crying solution( food) comes and you are the one with the food.
Enjoy this luxury you have now o. But then u can ask her to allow you try so you are sure you are learning properly. Practice makes perfect.

Eat healthy and balanced diet o. Your baby's health is dependent on you and what you ingest.

@Giddyperson i'm sorry to take you back but i read where you stated you got your 12mths vaccination at 6k or so,pls is that a GH or which location is it because i enquired about it at our recent vaccination and i was told that everything i.e all the vaccination at 12mths would cost 14k though it's a private hosp. and i don't think GHs give all that.

@Lululuv, your son is such a cutie i couldn't take my eyes off the pic (sugar mummy tinz) grin grin grin.Happy belated birthday to him,he grow more in favour and God's abundance.
