Why is he visiting the shrine and why is the Buhari's government involved in a private visit?
A world leader? President of one of the top countries in the world, and you're taking about your weightless Third World president being involved in a private visit?

Oga, have you read history before and understand what provokes warhuh

Killing another country's president is simply declaration of war
yes I know in which UN would not allow that....what UN would do is to give ultimatum on when to produce the culprit in which Nigeria would work hard at that

but destroying abou 180m people coz of a president is just outta it most esp the most populous black nation in the world

Have you heard of Sovereignty? Nigeria is sovereign nation. They can only "come in" when war crime, their interest is threatened etc. In all, Mr Macron is expected to talk about insecurity in the country, so it is a good time to come to Nigeria.
I hope he does bro because I am beginning to feel he came to flex, whereas people are in serious mourning in one of the States in Nigeria. I came across an obituary shared in Facebook by a girl from Plateau who is serving here in Delta State. Her father, mother and two only siblings were killed in the Plateau Massacre. Such a person is still in mourning right now and so many others. We know our President don’t care but a foreign body with a Supreme power visiting a grieving nation calls for serious concerns especially when the main purpose of his visit is a Musical shrine. Think about it bro.

You don't have sense. Typical ignorant noise maker with close minded, parochial 'anyhow' razz naija mentality who knows nothing about how things work in international politics.

You think we're talking about President of Sierra Leone or The Gambia, even if.

Angelanest:
Security operatives have taken over the road leading to Afrika shrine popularly known as Fela Shrine ahead of the visit by France President, Emmanuel Macron. The French leader arrived Abuja ealeir today where he met with president Muhammdu Buhari in Aso Rock before proceeding to Lagos to visit Fela Ransome-Kuti’s popular African Shrine.

Mr Macron is not a stranger to Nigeria. He trained as a senior civil servant at the French Embassy in Lagos in 2004, seven years after Fela died.

At the African Shrine, Ikeja, he will be treated to Afrobeat music. His host, Lagos state Governor Akinwunmi Ambode will use the occasion to promote tourism in Lagos.

On Wednesday, President Macron is expected to open the magnificent Alliance Francaise building at 9am. Located in Ikoyi, the building is the biggest and best such facility that blends today’s innovative and classy design with the traditions of the past.

You see ow INFERIOR our Security Echelons and Operatives are?

Do you for one minute think a road like that will be closed, if Buhari decides to visit a private Theatre in Bourdeaux?

Why not just put our plain clothes but let th epeople go about their peaceful business?
Must we use guns to threaten our people all the time, as if we are still in a lilitary dictatorship?
