Manageable at multi tasking and wouldn't hang or freeze

15K is too small nah.... In fact just go and buy headphone with that money and rest....
Anyways you can actually buy Android phone starting from 7,000 Naira to 15,000 Naira in Nigeria... But not with this features you listed above. Just search for them on Google because I'm tired of dropping links here.

If peace of mind is what you want, I recommend.... Nokia 1, Infinix Smart, Tecno F3 (POP 1), or Tecno Y2 (This one is an old phone sha).
