Without eating to lose weight or eating to increase your productivity, there are numerous reasons we should eat. As we move on with this tutorial, I will be discussing foods that enhance brainpower and boost the energy level. We will learn a lot  on this ongoing tutorial and I promise to write this tutorial in a simplified way, for general consumption.

You can be productive in the morning, but if you find that you can't concentrate during the day, you need change of food.

1 Eggplant


Botanically eggplant is known as Solanum melongena or aubergine. Eggplant is of the nightshade species grown and the major reason people grow eggplant is for consumption purpose. This specie is popularly known as Eggplant in North America, Australia and New Zealand; while in British English, it is known as  aubergine, and in South Asia and South Africans called it brijah.

Components of eggplant
Fresh eggplant is largely composed of 92 % water, 6% carbohydrates, 1% protein, and negligible fat (table). It provides low amounts of essential nutrients, with only manganese having a moderate percentage (11%) of the Daily Value. Minor changes in nutrient composition occur with season, environment of cultivation (open field or greenhouse), and genotype.
