No fewer than five persons were killed in an attack by suspected Fulani herdsmen, on Wednesday night, in Kola community, Guyuk Local Government Area of Adamawa State.

It was gathered that the attackers invaded the town at around 2:00a.m. Wednesday night, killing and burning down houses, while several others were injured.

The Adamawa State Police Command through its police Public Relations Officer, Othman Abubakar, confirmed the attack to newsmen in the state.

Othman said the attack occurred around Mararaba Kola in Guyuk.

“Herdsmen armed with locally made guns attacked Kola, killed a woman and four other men, burnt down seven houses.

“Two other victims, a woman and a man sustained gun wounds,” Othman said.

“Others injured in the attack had been taken to the hospital for treatment and the dead to the mortuary for autopsy,” he added.

It’s a local problem that needs to be solved with the 2 party agreeing to live together as one

U call local farmers settlers..? How? Most if not all the farmers are indigenous ethnic groups that nature places there. Whereas Fulanis are destroyers of their farms, houses and lives even though they are migrants. Fulani have no history of ancestry in Nigeria. They are all Foreigners from Futa Jalo in Guinea.

Useless state Governments.So they are telling me they haven't apprehended any suspected Fulani up till now abi? So the suspected Fulani are ghosts. Something is fishy about all these killings.
