Please, can someone help me my tracking code is CJ479244189US and it has been stucked at one place since July 2 please can any one provide me insight to approach i can take, what I ordered is very important for my final year project. Please help, according to waht i saw it has been with custom since july 2and that is long enough how many days does it take them to clear a small package

Please i need you to help me out on this cos i don't know what to do i trying tracking my package at usps this is what it keep saying
Your item could not be delivered on November 12, 2018 at 3:41 pm in NIGERIA due to the addressee not available at time of delivery. It is being held while the addressee is notified.
