The way and manner promotion is being run in the
Nigerian police force, is getting out of hand
promotion is being run in daily basis, I think there
is a special agenda of nowadays promotion, a
recruit intake of 2011 is now an inspector while
those recruited 2002 are still Sergeant how can
this happened, some are in training school More
than 4 to 5yrs without promotion or any allowance,
I personally spend 5yrs in training school, working
day and night to improve the working condition of
the personnel of the force without any
encouragement, no allowance no promotion, so I
want to ask this so call special promotion is Base
on what, what is the criteria of this so call
promotion, I think IG must hear this I think IG is
not aware because I know IG himself has serve in
training school which is gwoza without being
promoted, iam challenging those who are
promoted to show us their recommendation signal
or any prove of their mariterious duties they have
performed for the special promotion, I know some
deserve it because if you're in borno, yobe,
plateau, nassarawa, Benue adamawa Taraba, either
you are in boko Haram or herdsmen operation you
deserve the promotion without any proof, because
I was there and I know what it's take to be in
operational ground, but if you are not in this state
mentioned above an you have been promoted then
I want you to show us the recommendation for
your promotion for us to believe that really you
deserve the promotion.

Everywhere you go and everything in Nigeria is now done based on religious and ethnic bias. Our country has indeed become a zoo. We must change these anomalies or this country will naturally collapse on the weight of too much injustice
